Privacy Policy
In short: the game collects no data about you.
- No accounts, sign-up or sign-in.
- No analytics, ads, tracking or third-party SDKs.
- The game never goes online; saves stay on your iPhone.
- I only receive something from you if you email me or share a game log yourself.
1. What data the app collects
None. The app does not collect, store on any server or share with third parties any personal data, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos or usage information. The game has no server of its own, and the app makes no network requests.
The app does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, location, photos or contacts.
2. Saves and settings
The game saves automatically after every turn. Saves and settings are stored on your device — and in its backup (iCloud or your computer) if backups are on. They are never sent to me. You can delete the save in the game settings with Reset saved game, or together with the app.
3. Game log (only if you choose to share it)
The game menu has a Share game log button. It creates a file describing the match and opens the standard iOS share sheet. The app sends nothing by itself — the file goes only where you send it.
The file contains: the game version, the time the file was created, the match settings (rules, galaxy size, difficulty, race, generation seed), the list of empires, the result, per-turn statistics and events, and the full match save. It contains no device identifiers, name, contacts or other information about you.
If you send me a log, I use it only to analyze balance and fix bugs, keep it for no longer than 12 months, and delete it sooner on request.
4. Purchases
There are no purchases in the game today. An optional “Support the developer” tip may appear, and in time one-off add-ons. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; I never receive your payment details. How Apple handles purchase data is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Support emails
If you email me, I receive your address and your message. I use them only to reply and solve your issue, never share them with third parties, keep them for no longer than 12 months after your last message, and delete them sooner on request.
6. Data collected by Apple
Apple may collect its own statistics about installs, crashes and purchases according to your iOS settings and Apple’s policy. If you have allowed sharing analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, I may see anonymized crash reports in App Store Connect. This data does not allow me to identify you.
7. Children
The game collects no data from anyone, including children. If a child has written to me, I will delete that correspondence at a parent’s request.
8. Your rights
I keep no data about you beyond the emails and logs you sent me yourself. You can ask at any time what I have and ask me to delete it — write to the address below and I will delete your correspondence and any files you sent.
9. Changes to this policy
If the game ever starts handling data differently, I will update this page and its effective date before that version of the game is released.
